The grantee provided materials in fall prevention training in residential construction for vulnerable workers and employers in New England. Target audience includes small business and Portuguese and Spanish speaking vulnerable workers. Training topics included an introduction to fall prevention, working on roofing with emphasis on residential construction, proper use of fall arrest systems, ladders, scaffolds, and worker rights. Previously developed materials were used. Training was provided in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. |
