Methylene Chloride Small Entity Compliance Guide Fact Sheets
OSHA developed the following small entity compliance guide fact sheets to assist in the understanding of and compliance with the provisions of the Methylene Chloride standard.
The fact sheets discuss monitoring requirements, suggested engineering and work practice controls, substitutes, respirator use, protective equipment, and compliance schedules for various small businesses. Two generic small entity compliance guide fact sheets have also been developed to give more detail on complying with exposure monitoring and medical surveillance requirements.
While these guides were developed with small entity users in mind, larger employers will also find the information useful in their compliance strategies.
