Employee falls from truss and is killed

At 9:00 a.m. on September 7, 2017, an employee was installing 2 by 8 wood lateral restrains to secure the trusses by bracing a gable against a concrete wall. While walking on the trusses, the employee fell approximately 9 feet onto a concrete floor and was killed due to blunt force head trauma.
