Employee shelving unit collapses and suffers blunt force tra

At 10:30 a.m. on March 23, 2018, an employee was raising the bottom shelves of a shelving unit off the ground when the shelving unit and books collapsed on top of him. The employee suffered mechanical asphyxia and blunt force injuries to his head, killing him.
