Employee is killed when struck by truck

At 11:28 a.m. on May 4, 2018, Employee #1 was conducting an inspection on a vehicle truck. When finished, the employee removed the wheel chocks from the truck that he was inspecting, and placed them under another trailer truck. During this process, the vehicle without the chocks rolled down and struck and killed him.
