Employee is dragged down embankment when vehicle rolls over

At 8::25 a.m. on August 28, 2018, an employee was cutting brush from alongside the road. The employee was dragged down the embankment by an International Truck when it rolled over. The employee suffered multiple fractures and disemboweled his stomach, killing him.
