Investigation Summary
On August 18, 2018, an employee was climbing an oak tree to perform trimming activities. When the employee reached 40 feet, he came across a beehive. The employee attempted to avoid the bees and fell from the tree. Emergency Medical Services responded and the employee was pronounced dead at the scene.
