Investigation Summary
At 8:00 a.m. on April 11, 2019, an employee was working on a five foot platform ladder while removed bolts and fasteners from a solar panel print line when he fell and struck the concrete floor. Emergency Services responded and transported the employee to the hospital, where he later died from head injuries.
