Employee is killed in fall from trailer

At 12:00 a.m. on July 2, 2019, Employee #1, a driver, was loading feed into his trailer. He stepped off the elevated catwalk onto a small bridge to remove spilled feed from the trailer top. As he stepped onto the trailer, he lost his balance and fell backwards off the trailer landing on the bay floor. The employee sustained serious injuries to his neck and was killed.
