At 8:15 a.m. on September 5, 2019, an employee was replacing a leaking hydraulic hose on a John Deere Skid Steer and disconnected the hydraulic line and the pressure was released. The boon arms dropped rapidly and struck the employee, crushing his head, torso, and arms. The employee was killed.
