At 8:00 a.m. on June 30, 2020, Employee # 1 was assisting nursing home residents with recreation activities. She exhibited COVID-19 symptoms. Employee # 1 tested negative at work on June 3, 2020. She died of COVID-19 and other pre-existing conditions. It is unknown if Employee # 1 was infected while at work or at home.
