Two employees with COVID-19 infection dies and one is hospit

At 12:00 p.m. on July 18, 2020, an employee was performing care taking activities for clients housed in the group home. One of the client returned to the facility after a home visit with COVID-19. Ten employees were later infected with the COVID-19 virus. Three employees were hospitalized and two later died.
