On August 8, 2020, an employee who worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a skilled nursing facility died from COVID-19. The employee worked in the two halls that were designated as COVID-19 halls. On July 12, 2020, the employee called off work due to illness after having contracted COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
