Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a bus driver for a general medical or surgical hospital. On November 13, 2020, he was diagnosed with COVID-19. He was admitted to a different hospital. At 11:00 a.m. on December 5, 2020, he died. It was thought that he had been exposed to COVID-19 at work.
