Investigation Summary
At 11:00 a.m. on November 24, 2020, an employee who worked as a Social Worker at a military installation contracted COVID-19. On that same date, the employee had attended a meeting where he reportedly came into close contact with a coworker with suspected of being COVID-19 positive. On November 26, 2020, the employee began exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 and was admitted to the hospital. On December 1, 2020, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On December 8, 2020, the employee was released from the hospital. On December 9, 2020, the employee was found unresponsive at home and had died.
