At 8:00 a.m. on December 23, 2020, Employee #1 who worked as a Bus Driver for a chartered air transportation compamy died from COVID-19. Employee #2 and Employee #3 who also contracted COVID-19 were hospitalized. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
