Employees were working for a public transportation system when they were exposed to passengers and coworkers infected with COVID-19. Employee #1 was hospitalized due to COVID-19 and eventually died due to his infection. Employee #2 was hospitalized due to COVID-19 and eventually was discharged and recovered.
