Investigation Summary
At 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2021, an employee who worked as a construction supervisor for a building contractor died from COVID-19 related complications. His employer was contracted to perform construction work for an area nonprofit. On March 25, 2021 the employee was informed by the nonprofit there was a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the worksite. On April 5, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19.
