Guidance for the Use of the OSHA Challenge Logo
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Challenge Program logo is the property of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and not available for general use. The logo reflects that a product was developed as part of the OSHA Challenge for informational purposes only. It does not necessarily reflect the official views of OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and should not be construed as an endorsement of the entity, its products or services.
Use of the OSHA Challenge logo is reserved for OSHA and active OSHA Challenge Administrators and participants. The logo may not be used for fundraising or lobbying efforts or to imply that OSHA endorses a particular entity or its actions, products or services. The OSHA Challenge logo may only be used as it appears above. The OSHA Challenge logo can be used in the following capacities with the joint agreement of OSHA, US DOL Office of the Solicitor and OSHA Challenge Administrators and participants:

- Success Stories and newsletters
- Certificates or banners
- "Give-aways" such as pins and magnets
- News Releases
- Brochures and fact sheets
- Note: The fact sheets must be "factual" and only focus on the OSHA Challenge and its materials and activities.
- Stationery and letterhead
- Note: OSHA can use stationary and letterhead with the OSHA Challenge logo. OSHA should control and limit the use of such stationary by other parties.
Online Resources
- The OSHA Challenge and other OSHA Web pages related to the OSHA Challenge, located on OSHA's Website.
Other Resources
- "Giveaways" such as pins, magnets, or other items which are used for internal purposes only and not for profit-producing purposes
- Flags, banners or plaques which are used for internal purposes only and not for profit-producing purposes
- Electronic presentations and videos, developed in consultation with OSHA through the OSHA Challenge, for information and/or training purposes.
