Poultry Processing Industry » Standards & Compliance
Poultry processing is regulated under the OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910). Though there are no standards unique to this industry, all aspects of each operation must carefully be evaluated for compliance with appropriate standards.
OSHA has issued several documents that help in determining compliance with particular General Industry Standards.
