This is the top of the stacker. Finished parts are pushed through the plastic webbing, where the worker will visually check the parts for defects and pack them into cartons for shipment to the customer. The stacker is a bottom tool that pushes the parts upward through the plastic web. The tooling for the stacker is usually made from wood or aluminum and the operation can be automatically performed by a robotic process.
