The information and resources provided through this tool are intended to assist employers and employees in understanding OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping requirements. OSHA requirements are set by statute, standards, and regulations. Our interpretation letters and FAQs explain these requirements, but they cannot create additional employer obligations.
